Eleiko’s Vulcano Plates are a solid steel core protected by a durable coating designed to withstand high volume varied training. Five generous grip holes are evenly spaced around the circumference of the plates for easy and secure handling. While ideal for powerlifting and use with plate loaded strength machines, the smooth and comfortable grip holes also allow for hand held weighted dynamic functional strength movements. The vulcano plates vary in size and feature a black matte finish with white weight markings for quick and clear identification. Lighter weight change plates forgo grip holes for distinctive arch shaped raised pattern that is also easy to grasp. Plates are sold individually.
